Horrible experience

Numberous errors and ommisions in the report. There appraisal came in almost $60K less than my other appraisal and $54K less than the 2012 property tax appraisal. While I expected the market was down some since I bought the home just 2 years ago, they missed the mark by 10-15%. In the last 30 days, similar homes in my neighborhood have been selling for $35 - 65K more than this appraised value and just yesterday, 2 blocks from my home, an older home with the same square footage and features sold for $64K more than there ridiculous appraisal. When I complained and pointed out 5 obvious ommissions and erronous calculations they responded with a sloppy, unprofessional and undocumented excuse and no correction. Don't waste your time here.
